Chinese Consumer Product Company Seeking to Go Public to Raise Growth Capital

Our client was a fast-growing privately held company manufacturing and marketing daily-use chemical products. They intended to go public in an overseas market to raise growth capital. We were engaged to guide them through the whole planning, preparation and execution of the IPO process. After analysis of their business, management team, growth potential and resources we recommended a plan. We conducted an in-depth analysis of the company's business, created a business plan including a financial model and projections, as well as other supporting documents. We worked with audit and law firms on the company's restructuring and due diligence; addressed questions from prospective investors; and trained and prepared the company's management team for their roles as managers of a public company. The client went public in the U.K.
