Japanese Company Seeking to Spin-off a Subsidiary

A Japanese public company has been seeking a buyer of their affiliate medical device manufacturer and developer. After an extensive search without success they turned to KGA. Within two months of research and analysis KGA identified two prospects in China that fit the client's criteria. One prospective buyer conducted due diligence of the seller's technology and the other proposed a partnership structure.
